Starting on 2 March - The Lucy Rayner Foundation is hosting a FREE 4-week course to help young people would are struggling with anxiety and depression. 

The course is an introduction to Wim Hof Cold Emersion Technique and is run by a certified Wim Hof Instructor.

An overview of the course is below:

Week 1

  • Introduction to the course and learn a simple yet effective breathing exercise to make a difference.

Week 2

  • Dive into the breath work - looking at how effective breathing can help calm the mind and reduce anxiety.
  • Learn the Wim Hoff breathing technique.

Week 3

  • Introduction to cold exposure - combined with the breathing technique cold exposure increases the body’s resilience in dealing with different types of stress and can be seen as a positive tool instead of a negative tool.

Week 4

  • Lifestyle and Commitment - How you can incorporate breathing and cold exposure into your daily life.
  • An opportunity to ask all the question regarding the Wim Hof Method
